In 2002, Mr. Duct was founded in Naperville, IL with the goal of enhancing the indoor air quality of the Greater Chicagoland community. Owner Keith Thompson prioritized integrity and quality, and hired his first three employees while obtaining NADCA certification for the company's HVAC inspection, cleaning, and restoration services.As Mr. Duct answered numerous requests for improved indoor air quality for both residential and commercial properties, the company experienced rapid expansion. Starting with a move to a larger office in Lisle, IL, Mr. Duct now operates from seven additional locations throughout Chicago and its suburbs, ensuring excellent service across the region.
Today, Mr. Duct has a team of 50 skilled professionals who provide various services for residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC needs. From maintenance to cleaning, repair, and installation of vents, furnaces, and air conditioners, Mr. Duct will effectively address all heating and cooling concerns.

Outstanding professionals! They arrived within the scheduled time and performed a comprehensive job. Moreover, they vacuumed all the dust that had fallen on the carpets and cleaned up after themselves. They were extremely careful, wearing shoe covers, and being as meticulous as possible. We will definitely hire this company again. Our dryer was experiencing problems, and our warranty provider informed us that the dryer vents were obstructed. We scheduled an appointment with Mr. Duct, and they promptly resolved the issue. Their conduct was commendable, and they educated us about their techniques.
