I initially enlisted his services for repairs, but then opted to have him remove all the carpeting and install hardwood floors throughout most of the house. Recognizing his diverse skill set, I then tasked him with painting and performing additional maintenance work. Given his aptitude, I plan to contact him first for any future projects.
