Despite weeks of requesting quotes and struggling to find a trustworthy installer, I finally crossed paths with John who proved to be a great source of assistance. Though my project wasn't necessarily complex, I wasn't entirely confident in the cable routing process. Shortly thereafter, John's installer Shawn arrived at my house promptly on-time and keenly observed the layout of the project. He asked me a few questions regarding my preferences and goals before quickly and efficiently routing the cables and adding the ethernet plates in the walls. With his work done, he also created a chase that could be utilized for any cable runs in the future. One of the extra touches that made the experience great was that he meticulously cleaned up after himself, vacuuming every trace of dust, managing all cables neatly and even making a point to be personable and friendly while doing so. Overall, I couldn't be more thrilled with how the project turned out and would highly recommend John and his team to anyone looking for top-notch service.
