I received a quick and timely response from Fernando and his team when requesting a quote. Before agreeing to the quote, I was grateful to meet with all of the individuals who would be involved in my project. Fernando provided excellent recommendations regarding cost-saving measures and material conservation, resulting in an incredible deck. Additionally, he was always available and approachable. Fernando and his crew exhibit expertise and diligence in their work. They are courteous and possess a great sense of humor. They maintain open communication about their plans and actions, which instills a sense of reassurance. It is comforting to have reliable individuals to work with. They're honest in word and deed and don't waste time with frivolous tasks. They accomplish the job proficiently and correctly.

The task accomplished includes the elimination of the popcorn ceiling, and painting of the entire first floor. Additionally, three toilets were replaced, an outside sewer pipe dug up and substituted, and a new deck was erected after dismantling the old one. The team commenced work daily at 8:30am and persistently worked until 4 or 5pm, leaving the area impeccably tidy. Their work ethic portrayed outstanding values of quality, honesty, efficiency, and politeness, which is rare to find in the construction industry. Therefore, hiring him and his crew is highly recommended, and guaranteed to be a worthwhile decision!

Fernando and his team have executed an outstanding job, and I am excited to maintain a positive rapport with them for forthcoming endeavors! Our project encompassed an extension, which they adeptly handled from the framing stage to the ultimate completion of multiple rooms.

Our deck needed to be repaired as the steps had become unsafe to use and were falling apart. Fernando arrived on time to inspect the deck, gather information for a quote, and explain their building process in a professional and polite manner. The quote they provided was fair, and they were clear about what would be done and answered all questions we had about the project. JC Solutions not only built a completely new porch and steps, but ensured that they were built to last and much safer than the old deck. While I wanted to stain the deck myself, I was indecisive about which color or stain to use. After seeing how safe and good-looking the new porch steps were, we have decided to hire JC Solutions again to redo the rest of the deck. The before and after pictures do not do justice to how bad the old steps were, but we are pleased with the outcome. We look forward to working with JC Solutions again to finish the rest of our deck. For now, we can rest easy knowing that our steps are safe.
