Last month, when my basement flooded, Doug and Aaron were a tremendous help. Their level of thoroughness and dependability was exceptional. I highly endorse them!

My mother's basement flooded when her sump pump stopped working, but a skilled plumber replaced it and recommended Blue Bear. James from Blue Bear conducted a thorough analysis and explained the necessary next steps, while also installing air quality equipment in the basement. Doug inspected the situation the next day, and even contacted Travelers on my mother's behalf, though they ultimately denied her claim. Nevertheless, Doug left the equipment behind to help, providing exceptional service and expertise. While I hope to avoid any future flooding, I won't hesitate to call Blue Bear if needed. The staff are fantastic, and our family will be taking our business elsewhere after Travelers' disappointing response.

The damaged part of the basement was thoroughly cleaned up by Blue Bear, all the water was dried out, and they continued to impress us by monitoring the air every day. We are extremely satisfied with their excellent performance.
