You always hope that whoever handles work in your home takes the necessary time to ensure that everything is done correctly. Fortunately, that was exactly what happened when we recently had some work done. Specifically, we had a dozen smart switches and a few outlets installed. The person who did the work took the time to explain any potential issues and how he was addressing them. Any other person may have simply completed the work and moved on. However, this individual went above and beyond by rectifying incorrect work done by someone else to ensure the safety of our home. Upon completion, I told my wife that he was exactly the type of person you would want to work on your home. Needless to say, we will definitely be calling him again for any future work we require.
