My name is Kristin Lindemann, and I am a Life Empowerment Coach, Spiritual Teacher, Multi-Dimensional Healer, and the founder of Integrated Healing Therapies. Through my practice and educational platform, I have been serving various communities for over 30 years, focusing on teaching, business entrepreneurship, and life skills optimization. My coaching and teachings are offered both in central NJ and globally through various mediums.

During our sessions, we work together to clarify, balance, and integrate whatever needs understanding, release, transmutation, clearance, and integration. This creates space for movements and changes to happen, leading to specific directions and immediate takeaways for both short-term and progressive implementation. I specialize in personal empowerment in all areas of life, including physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual realms. All sessions are customized according to the specific needs of the client.

I provide a variety of services, including Coaching, Healing, Readings, Education, and Party Services. We may work in different ways, depending on your specific goals and time frame. These include Coaching, Business Coaching, Alternative Healing, Energetic Readings, and Land and House Blessings. In addition, I offer classes in Reiki and Young Living wellness products.

Party Services are also provided by appointment, offering Energetic Psychic Readings customized to your group and occasion. I love working with groups in your home or space, and party length is determined by your number of guests.
