These guys are reliable as landlords. Despite one issue that persisted for nearly a year, which should have been resolved earlier but eventually was, the most worrisome aspect was tackled swiftly. Although I comprehend the reason for the delay, it does not align with my beliefs. Notwithstanding, everything else has been stellar. Their upkeep services, including repair requests, are exceptional even outside of the incident mentioned earlier. Their maintenance worker, Robert, is on top of things and keeps me informed throughout. Having such assurance that concerns will be appropriately handled is comforting. Overall, they are an excellent property management firm. Furthermore, their online tools are excellent, and their maintenance services have equally improved. Despite the unpleasant recollection of the mentioned issue, I would still recommend them to prospective renters because I have confidence in their ability to keep their premises in good condition, better than one would as an owner.

They have efficiently managed my NE Heights property for over two years, and it has consistently remained occupied with well-cared-for tenants. This takes away all the stress of property ownership. Mark Webb, a part of their team, was exceptionally professional and helped us get the property ready and rented in no time. I currently rent a property under the management of the company, located near Candelaria. Fortunately, they permit us to pay our monthly rent through a credit card, take care of the upkeep of the residence, and even gave us permission to welcome a furry friend into our home. Recently, we came across a problem with our dishwasher, which failed to drain. However, the management acted promptly and dispatched a repairman to fix the issue the following day. Sometimes, attempting to contact them through a phone call can be challenging, but we were pleased to receive a response to our online request.

The property underwent repairs and cleaning, with assistance in determining a suitable rental price. However, after a few weeks of vacancy, a decision was made to reduce the monthly rent by $50 to expedite the leasing process. Fortunately, the property was promptly rented the following week. We can confidently trust RPM to handle all tenant-related matters, from rent collection to addressing property concerns. The only minor inquiries revolve around tardy rent payments and deposit disbursement. As long as the property is continually rented and rent is received, we remain satisfied with RPM. While we have no basis for comparison with other property management companies, we have no qualms with RPM's services.

Adding onto my previous comment, I must express my extreme satisfaction with the exceptional support provided by Mark and Cynthia during the ongoing COVID-19 crisis. Even after two years, my rating remains 5 stars for RPM's outstanding services. For more than 6 years, I have entrusted RPM with my rental properties, and during a current challenging tenant situation, Mark's unwavering professionalism and responsiveness have been invaluable and tremendously relieving for me, as I live far away. I highly commend RPM's approach to handling conflicts with tenants - always opting for the least confrontational methods to achieve resolution. Unlike many reviews that only focus on either pleased owners or disgruntled tenants, I have always received truthful feedback from RPM on the state of my properties and have had a quick turnaround in finding new tenants, always under two weeks. I appreciate RPM's commitment to managing problematic tenants with a firm but respectful manner in dealing with situations such as tardy rent payments.
