About
Our names are Luke and Debbie, and we are the owners of See Clear Cleaning Services in Houston, Texas. We provide a variety of services, including residential and commercial window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and roof cleaning and painting. We also offer fence painting, among other services. We are happy to work with you on your individual project needs.Our internal and external window washing and screen cleaning services are affordable, starting at $10 for exterior only and $15 for interior and exterior windows, screens, and tracks included. For commercial store front window cleaning, our typical charge is $5 per window. Hard water stains and paint removal are available for an additional charge if needed. We include window tracks for free and provide solar panel cleaning for $8 per panel. Screens are usually $5 each.
Our pressure washing services cover driveways, fences, patios, and more. We use surface cleaners and chemicals to effectively clean and restore surfaces. Prices start at $100 for driveways and fences.
For roof cleaning, we offer soft washing and pressure washing options for both tiles and shingles. Prices start at $300 per home.
We ensure your home's gutters are properly cleaned and inspected, using a vacuum and clean water flush to clear blockages and check that down pipes are working correctly. Prices start at $150 for gutter cleaning and $50 for additional down pipe and underground unblocking.
Safety is of utmost importance to us, and we plan ahead for any potential dangers on each project. We are fully insured and offer a discount for repeat customers through our ACP Program.

Luke made sure he did a comprehensive cleaning of our windows both on the inside and outside. It was clear that his primary intention was to ensure that I was satisfied with his work. To achieve this, he went the extra mile by climbing onto the roof to attend to some minor imperfections on an upstairs window. He even went as far as offering to clear the leaves that had accumulated on my gutter guards. All of this was done for a very fair price. It was truly a fantastic job!
