After working as an EMS supervisor for SAS Ambulance for four years overseeing 15 BLS and ALS units per shift, and serving as a lieutenant on an advanced life support engine for 22 years, I retired. My extensive field experience directly informs my teaching approach, as I tailor classes to a wide range of educational backgrounds, from high school students to doctors. My classes are engaging and uniquely tailored to the individual. I'm confident in my ability to offer practical knowledge that is invaluable when it comes to saving someone's life. When leading re-certification classes, I am frequently approached by attendees who have taken CPR classes from other companies, and they tell me that their learning in my classes was more comprehensive than anything else they had experienced before. Put simply, my teaching approach is grounded in practical experience.
