Starting from Canada, traveling to Thailand, Colombia and Spain, his experience includes events for up to a thousand attendees and working alongside famous chefs such as Michael Mina in San Francisco, The Roca Brothers in Spain and refining skills in one of the world's best restaurants with three Michelin stars.
We strongly believe in the philosophy of "You are what you eat". Therefore, we choose fresh and locally sourced ingredients for all our dishes. Our cuisine is contemporary and beautifully presented, but most importantly, it's packed with freshness and flavor.

The work get together organized by Chef Jimmy and his excellent team was simply exceptional. Their professionalism, thoughtfulness, and cooperation made it a delight to work with them. Additionally, the food was simply amazing! I enthusiastically recommend Chef Jimmy and the luxury experience they offer. This included setting up the table with their own plates, glasses, and cutlery, as well as providing dinner servers - truly unforgettable! Chef Jimmy's team also printed name cards and menus, which added a personal touch to the experience.
From our initial phone call with Chef to discuss our menu to the end of the night where our impressed guests had a fantastic time, everything was perfect from start to finish. Thank you so much!

Immediately upon meeting Jimmy for our tasting trial, we knew we had found the perfect catering option. He expertly prepared all of the dishes we requested in our own apartment, and each bite was nothing short of fantastic. It was clear from our conversations with him that he has a deep passion for food and delights in creating delectable dishes that bring joy to others. We didn't hesitate to hire him for our wedding day.
Throughout the planning process, Jimmy and his team were incredibly attentive and accommodating. They readily answered our questions and provided helpful guidance in choosing menus and flatware arrangements. They also effortlessly accommodated our guests' dietary restrictions and any changes to our guest list.
On the day of our wedding, they worked quickly to set up our table layout exactly as we had specified, incorporating all of our desired presentational touches. The food surpassed all of our expectations, and we received numerous compliments from our guests about the impeccable meal. Jimmy and his team executed each dish flawlessly across every table, a true reflection of their exceptional skills. Words cannot express how incredible the experience was. Our entire team was highly responsive from the start, going above and beyond for every detail to ensure our dream wedding was realized. Despite considering an abundance of options and speaking with multiple caterers, we ultimately selected Chef Jimmy for his unparalleled expertise.
Naturally, we were apprehensive about the cost and quality of wedding food. However, upon meeting the team and sampling their cuisine, we were astounded. While above average in price, the food was simply phenomenal.

In short, Chef Jimmy, Angie, and server Kadie are exceptional and made our night unforgettable during a long-overdue holiday friend reunion. From the initial call, Chef Jimmy and Angie on his team provided top-notch service, discussing options and ensuring everything was perfect. We opted for their experience package, which included custom holiday printed menus, plates, and cutlery, and they even suggested wine pairings. Chef Jimmy's menu was fantastic, offering both meat and non-meat options, and was accommodating to pregnant friends. Kadie's service was outstanding, constantly ensuring our glasses were full. In summary, we highly recommend Chef Jimmy's team and plan to onboard them for future events.
