About
Greetings,My name is Brian and I am a dedicated Personal Trainer who deeply values fitness. I have been honing my skills for more than two decades, including eight years of training while serving in the Marine Corps. During my tenure in Japan, I managed the Body Composition Program, where my primary responsibility was to train and rehabilitate injured Marines. I closely monitored their body fat percentage and measurements besides organizing their daily workouts to help them return to active duty.
Subsequently, I have worked with a diverse range of clients, from athletic teenagers and police officers to elderly individuals over 80 years old. I provide several services, including training in my home gym, fitness classes, stretching sessions, virtual training, and house visits.
I firmly believe that perfecting form and executing quality reps are non-negotiable, just as professionalism and high-quality services are. These values are what distinguishes me from my peers.
