The other GE technician who came from the manufacturer claimed that the issue couldn't be fixed, but Appliance Alliance managed to resolve it within a mere hour. Regrettably, I bought a slide-in gas range from American Freight, expecting a gas stove. However, upon taking it home and striving to use it, we discovered that it had been converted to propane valves without our knowledge. There was a strong gas odor and the flames had very low pressure. Thankfully, Appliance Alliance took the initiative to install the appropriate valves and switched the oven back to gas. Now, it functions flawlessly. Thank you for providing us with quality service!

I want to choose every quality possible! Brian was absolutely amazing! When our old 24,000 BTU air conditioner unexpectedly broke down, we needed a new one installed as soon as possible. Surprisingly, the AC arrived earlier than expected this morning and I immediately contacted Brian. Within a couple of hours, he managed to accommodate us in his busy schedule that same day.
