This includes tailored programs for specific dietary needs, such as diabetes, high cholesterol, or keto, with prices starting at $149 for remote services from San Diego, CA.

In addition to individual plans, we also offer group and corporate fitness training at affordable rates, with 30-minute sessions starting at just $45. Our nutrition services range from a basic no-frills plan at $149 to one- and three-month subscriptions priced at $210 and $190 per month respectively.

As a certified personal trainer with a B.S. in Holistic Nutrition, I have over 28 years of experience in the fitness and nutrition industry. What sets me apart from others is my dedication to customized programming and individual client attention. I offer flexibility in the format of personal training sessions, which can be 30 or 60 minutes in length, and both in-person and online options.
