The only minor issue we encountered was the dust that emanated from tile cutting in our garage area, which could have been mitigated through the placement of plastic coverings over the pantry shelves. Elias Evans and his colleague promptly arrived at the designated time and commenced their work by expeditiously removing the carpet and sub-floor in the downstairs bathroom, preparing it for the new tile surface. In just five hours, the new tile floor covering an area of 48 square feet was installed. The following day, Elias arrived promptly, installing the baseboard and the new backsplash while also completing the grouting process. On the third and final day of work, Elias arrived punctually and ensured all the new tile surfaces were thoroughly cleaned and sealed. Completing the job within the specified budget and deadline, Elias displayed an exemplary level of skill and efficiency. We were extremely satisfied with his outstanding service and superior value for money.
