We ultimately declined to provide service on the requested date due to external factors. However, we must acknowledge that the estimation process and planning were simply outstanding!

I simply cannot express how amazing the experience and food were! Each and every course exceeded my expectations. They were punctual, highly skilled, amicable, and left everything spotless. Without a doubt, the finest grits and collard greens I have tasted. If you happen to require a chef for an occasion or catering, I enthusiastically endorse them! For our 18th anniversary dinner, we enlisted the culinary expertise of Chef John Wassil. Our expectations were surpassed as his professionalism and attention to detail made for an unforgettable evening. The kitchen was impeccable from start to finish; you wouldn't know we enjoyed a four-course meal. The true star of the evening was the food. We savored the most delectable mussels we've ever tasted, alongside exquisite snow crab, filet mignon, lobster tail, asparagus, two types of potatoes, and a delicious dessert. We highly recommend Chef John Wassil to anyone in search of an exceptional dining experience. We would gladly hire him again and thoroughly enjoyed spending our special day with him.
