In 1984, I acquired my paralegal certificate from the University of California, Irvine campus. Throughout the years, I have gained extensive experience in the legal industry, providing services to small law firms, corporations, and individuals. My expertise lies in establishing various business entities such as LLCs, partnerships, corporations including annual resolutions, as well as estate planning which includes preparation of wills, trust, power of attorney forms, and deeds. However, I do not offer divorce or custody paperwork preparation service nor can I give legal advice.

My passion is to offer affordable legal services to individuals who cannot afford to retain an attorney. The wealth of knowledge and practical know-how I have amassed over the past 40+ years has enabled me to serve my clients diligently while saving them from incurring enormous legal costs.

Should it be desired, all communication with my clients can be done electronically via phone calls, text messages, emails, or by regular mail. Nevertheless, face-to-face meetings can be arranged if requested.
