The response from New Religion was inadequate, and their follow-up was slow. I had made reservations for them to film my brother's wedding six months beforehand. However, two months before the event, their lack of communication became alarming. I attempted to contact them several times to ensure they had us booked and confirm their attendance. When they failed to respond, I informed them that I would start looking for a replacement. Fortunately, I quickly found a competent and cooperative replacement and was delighted to collaborate with them.
