Removing the squirrels and bats, Richard did a remarkable job. As I wasn't aware of the presence of bats since they usually sleep during the day, it was impressive how he eliminated both and effectively blocked off every entry point. Additionally, his work comes with a 2-year guarantee. I would definitely consider using his services again, though hopefully not in the near future.
