The staff at Mighty Mite deserve high praise for their efficiency, professionalism, and timeliness. Since my first encounter with them, their level of service has been exceptional. They are quick to schedule estimates, transparent about pricing, and overall a joy to work with. Their team is experienced and thorough, and the quality of service they provide is unmatched for the price. After a terrible experience years ago with a competitor based in the south bay, I wouldn't trust anyone else for environmentally sound termite control. This other company provided a subpar inspection, only spent 30 minutes at my house carelessly spraying orange oil, and had an unscientific strategy for getting rid of the termites. If you want the best termite control service, Mighty Mite is the way to go. They are a well-run company that provides excellent service.

Having the option to use this service in place of tenting the house for my renters was a true blessing. Though I cannot give it a perfect rating due to uncertainty about the effectiveness in exterminating all termite areas, I did sign up for a five-year re-inspection and retreatment plan with three years remaining, which should keep any potential termite infestations under control for an extended period. I never explored the cost of tenting the house, as my renters moved out the following year, and I did not have the opportunity to compare its long-term effectiveness.

Having MightyMite carry out the inspection and extermination services was a remarkable encounter. It will take two years for me to gauge the efficacy of the services rendered. I certainly vouch for their professionalism and expeditiousness throughout the whole process.

Mighty Mite provided us with an exceptional service when they treated our house for termites. Erick, the inspector, presented a great deal of patience as he disclosed the termite evidence he found and advised on the appropriate treatment. Simon and Brandon, the crew who executed the treatment, were courteous and considerate. They posed sensible inquiries and treated our home with utmost respect.
