This plumbing service is excellent. They are quick to respond and transparent about their pricing. They installed new faucets and fixed a bathtub, as well as snaked two drains. All of their work looks fantastic. We would definitely hire them again.

Upon receiving a notice from my insurance regarding my traditional water heater's exhaust, which was located outside of a cabinet, the team at Just Plumbing promptly researched a solution that was compliant with code. Ultimately, I decided to install an outdoor tankless water heater in my cabin in the Running Springs area. Just Plumbing provided me with the freedom to select a water heater that was suitable for my needs and budget. The day of the installation, the plumbing team arrived promptly at 8 am and completed the job within an hour. Despite the numerous companies in the mountain or San Bernardino area unable to find a cost-effective solution for my exhaust situation or located just outside the service area, Just Plumbing provided exceptional service. I am grateful for their help and will undoubtedly call upon them for all of my future plumbing needs!

My experience with Just Plumbing was superb. After I contacted them about my clogged sink, John promptly responded with a quote and took care of the issue that same day. The cost and supply details were itemized, and the prices were reasonable. I intend to contact them again for any future projects.

John was a highly competent plumber who completed our project in a professional and timely manner. Our only concern was his unexpected attempt to charge us an additional $100 upon completion of the job, citing that his original quote was based on cash payment only, which was not previously communicated. Despite our disagreement with the added charge, we paid the original amount using our credit card. However, this incident has caused us to reconsider having John complete future plumbing work, which we had initially planned for both inside and outside of our home. This incident was particularly frustrating as John's Yelp page indicated that he accepted credit cards with no mention of any surcharge for choosing this option. We strongly believe that a clear and mutually agreed-upon understanding of the cost of a job, including any surcharges for credit card payment, is essential before such work begins.
