At Mark's request, I paid him 50% in advance. However, when the day arrived for him to commence the work, he didn't show up. His phone was disconnected, and he remained unreachable for several days. Ultimately, he messaged me back from a different number and attempted to make another appointment, but he refused to call me. I informed him of the extensive delay he had caused me and that I had hired someone else. I subsequently requested a refund of my payment, but he refused, despite the fact that he hadn't undertaken any work and had delivered terrible customer service. I strongly advise steering clear of B&B flooring and Mark Bender entirely.

I highly recommend these outstanding individuals to anyone in search of great colleagues to work with.
