The individual was contracted to set up a Nest doorbell, put up curtains, and install a bathroom door. Their performance was satisfactory for the doorbell setup exclusively. While they managed to affix the curtain rods, swapping them out for different ones shouldn't have required a full day's work. Regrettably, they seemed inexperienced with door installation. The task required obtaining a new door after encountering issues with the placement of hinges and the door knob hole during the initial attempt. Additionally, there was a problem with their measurements, as the first door was half an inch too long, and hinges had been placed inaccurately.

I employed Tim to construct a pergola for me over travertine pavers. Being unfamiliar with the area, I was a bit nervous and asked Tim to over-engineer the anchoring system for the pergola on account of the pavers resting on sand. He developed an excellent approach to anchor into the concrete beneath the pavers, constructed the pergola in a single day, and it looks fantastic. Furthermore, it hasn't shifted one bit.
