The customer service and cleaning were excellent. We plan on scheduling this every year due to their exceptional service and positive impact on our home's environment. The timing was easy to coordinate, they were accommodating to our schedule, and they even handled the issue with our pets.

Two cleaning personnel arrived at our lake house, but soon after their arrival, they demanded a higher fee than the one initially quoted. I provided them with cleaning equipment, which they lacked and had requested. After a few moments, one of them announced that she had to leave promptly because her child had experienced an accident. I attempted to engage them in a frank conversation but eventually, they admitted that the distance to our house was too great for them to fulfill the task. Their departure was sudden and unexpected.
