Claudia Yvette Arzaga is an attorney practicing in San Diego, focusing on family law and civil litigation matters. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she was the recipient of the Latino Alumni Scholarship and selected as a Law Fellow in the UCLA Law School Fellowship Program. Afterward, she attended the Texas Tech University, School of Law to receive her law degree, where she was also active in various student organizations, including the Hispanic Law Student Association and Women's Caucus.

Ms. Arzaga has extensive experience handling civil and domestic violence restraining orders and custody and visitation issues related to children. She also has experience in defending clients charged with criminal offenses such as drug trafficking, sexual assault, domestic violence, criminal conspiracies, and DUIs, and has been involved in high-profile criminal cases in San Diego.

Ms. Arzaga began her legal career at Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP, where she focused on prosecuting multi-million dollar corporations in antitrust, securities fraud, and consumer nationwide class action lawsuits. She aided the firm in prosecuting multiple nationwide RICO class action cases involving deceptive marketing and sale of annuities to senior citizens, as well as false advertising cases which yielded a $35 million dollar settlement on behalf of consumers. Ms. Arzaga was also part of the litigation team that prosecuted large companies for false advertising.

As a law student, Ms. Arzaga clerked with San Diego based immigration law firms and the San Diego Public Defender's Office.

Ms. Arzaga is fluent in Spanish and conversant in Portuguese. She is passionate about helping her clients find solutions to their legal issues and takes the time to listen and investigate the case to provide tailored advice.
