Collaborating with Arin was an absolute dream! Initially, I hired her to bake my wedding cake, however, after experiencing the excellence of her work, I ended up entrusting her to design our entire dessert bar. Arin was extremely passionate about the project and effortlessly brought my ideas to life. Aside from the three-tiered cake, we requested a cocktail inspired dessert bar, and Arin surpassed our expectations with her Lemoncello Merengue and Mint Mojito tarts, Peach Bellini and Paloma macrons, Piña Colada Pana Cotta, Butterscotch Whiskey Pots de crème, and Coffee Irish Cream cream puffs. Even as a versatile and skilled pastry chef, Arin's prices were surprisingly reasonable, especially considering her willingness to craft bespoke recipes for us. The highlight of the entire collaboration was when both my caterer and his assistant were so impressed with Arin's work, and begged for her business cards. Beyond being visually stunning, Arin's desserts were undeniably scrumptious, and I cannot wait to work with her again!

Ms. Kutey was hired to create a highly specialized cake for our traditional Annaprasnna ceremony. Despite the difficulty in finding someone who could meet our specific needs, Arin's work caught our attention and we trusted her to take on the task.
