During his inspection, Cort thoroughly checked both the interior and exterior of my house for carpenter ants. He kept me informed about what he was doing and even pointed out some unrelated issues that needed attention. In fact, he noticed that the tree in my front yard was infested with ants, which explained why I had been seeing so many. Cort provided me with advice on how to control the ant problem and prevent future infestations. He was not only informative but also approachable, making it easy to talk to him. I would strongly recommend him for home inspections!
