The woman who assisted me over the phone was extremely kind and helpful. Unfortunately, my package was delivered to the wrong building. However, the woman in that building (whose name I regret not getting) went above and beyond by checking the basement for my package and calling me back. I am grateful for her efforts, but I still hope that someone will locate my missing package.
