Although the technician was punctual and amiable, he failed to provide a clean tarp to shield our pristine white sofa and other furnishings. In less than an hour, he managed to scrub the chimney liner attached to the wood stove, and cemented the junction. Despite my request to inspect the chimney cap, he declined to climb up to the rooftop, stating that it was in satisfactory condition.

We received excellent service when our two chimneys were cleaned and external sealing work was done around the flashings on the roof to prevent water from entering. Plus, it was all at an affordable price.

Their response was prompt, behaviour professional, and work efficient. They cleared both the fireplace flue and gas furnace flue, possibly not cleaned for a decade. The gas furnace was comparatively cleaner and the technician suggested less frequent cleaning. With the fireplace flue, the technician noted that mine was the only uncapped chimney in the neighbourhood. The added bonus was that they maintained complete tidiness throughout the job.
