After a home buying appraisal inspection, I required some repair work completed on several items. The exterior pool house was particularly problematic, as it was vulnerable to water damage due to the exposed wood, broken vinyl siding, and issues with the soffit, fascia, and pillars. To resolve these problems, the structure was treated with new wood, sealers, and matching exterior paint. I only needed to make one call to arrange for a professional to come to my home within two hours. This individual provided a detailed estimate for both labor and materials upon inspecting the necessary work. The project took four days of work from Friday to Monday and was completed to a high standard. I was pleased to be offered a guarantee that if any issues were found during the final inspection, the contractor would return to repair them free of charge. The original estimate was almost entirely accurate, with only a small overrun of approximately $215 for materials. Given the current fluctuation in lumber prices, I had anticipated additional expenses and was still quite satisfied with the final cost. The job was well-done, and I rewarded the contractor with an extra $150 as a bonus. Regrettably, I did not take any pictures of the finished repairs or the other sides of the building that were also addressed. However, I did take some "before" and "in-process" photos to document the progress.

I received a quote of 275 for the installation of a toilet, but was ultimately charged 450 for resetting a single toilet.
