I would undoubtedly keep engaging Anthony's services with IPA repeatedly. He is highly adaptable to my constantly fluctuating demands and schedule, responding to every text promptly and arriving as promised. In addition, he delivers astounding work at a significantly lower cost than his competitors, and there are numerous other benefits to working with him.

I am extremely wary of hiring this contractor, Anthony Vilchaez, as I have had a bad experience with his company, IPA Construction. Anthony himself visited my home twice before submitting a bid for the project to reface my kitchen cabinets and install granite countertops, which I accepted on August 24, 2017 with a start date of September 4, 2017. However, due to Hurricane Irma hitting between September 9-10, I was understanding of the delay in the project start. My main issue with IPA Construction and Anthony is that I have left over 20 voicemails and sent numerous emails and texts to both his office and cell, but have not received even one reply or courtesy call informing me of the situation. I even asked if the bid was the issue and if he wanted to review or rebid, but still no response. This lack of professional courtesy is unacceptable and makes me question their quality of work, despite not having any experience with it. Based on my poor treatment and lack of communication, I would not recommend this contractor to anyone looking for a reliable and professional option.

Anthony is efficiently managing our project by organizing materials and subcontractors in a professional manner. However, the supply chain is being disrupted by the IAN storm, resulting in overworked subcontractors and difficulty in sourcing materials, which is causing important delays in our project's progress.
