I was pleased with their promptness and efficiency in removing the items I requested. However, the cost exceeded my initial expectations. Nonetheless, the removal of the clutter was necessary and therefore the expense is justified.

This company deserves 10 stars for their exceptional service in removing my items. Michael and Jesus were phenomenal and efficiently completed the difficult task of junk removal. I set up the appointment on Monday, and they arrived on Wednesday without any issues. It's a shame that Michael will depart for California soon, and his presence will be missed by the company.
