Phipps was incredibly accommodating, finding a convenient time for our appointment. We were met by Joseph, a friendly salesperson who listened to our needs and worked with us to find the best solution without attempting to upsell. Chris offered us a fair price and the payment process was simple. Attached, you'll find before and after photos which reveal that once the new brick weathers-in, it will be nearly indistinguishable from the original brick. Robert and his team who did the repairs were wonderful to work with. A few minor issues arose, such as loose mortar on the front steps and a seam between the porch and house that remained unsealed. However, these issues can be easily remedied and serve as a reminder to make sure expectations are clearly conveyed during the quoting process. Despite the frigid temperatures, the repair was done quickly, taking only two days. The team even stained the replacement bricks to match the existing low-fired look. And on top of all that, they removed the pesky dead ivy for us, making our home look much less haunted!

Working with this team was a delightful experience. Phipps arrived promptly and expertly addressed our missing top step, a result of earlier siding work. Excellent job! My house, built in '88, had a few damaged bricks in front of it. Since it was difficult to find new bricks, Phipps Masonry skillfully duplicated them and even color-matched them. In addition, they strengthened the bricks that held my porch, which were becoming fragile. I would not hesitate to hire them again.
