Joe fixed my original problem and organized the messy wires around my window frame, while also adding the wireless batteries. He went above and beyond by helping me find a charger online for the batteries since he did not have one available. Joe was not only nice and friendly to work with, but also demonstrated immense knowledge and a professional attitude throughout our interaction. I would highly recommend him to anyone requiring assistance with blind repairs.
