Forty minutes before arriving, the technician phoned and was exceedingly courteous and proficient. He cleaned out my dryer vent, which as far as I could tell had never been done, and informed me that it was obstructed at the roof, which he promptly cleared for me. Once he had finished, he tidied up all the lint and reconnected my dryer. Furthermore, he advised that it is suggested to have it cleaned annually to prevent a blaze. The company will certainly receive my patronage again.
