My mailbox is completely destroyed and unfortunately I cannot replace the lock. The noise of the constant banging went on for around 20 minutes, and the police were called due to the disturbance it caused. If the job was out of the technician's expertise, I would have preferred if they were honest upfront. As a renter, my mailbox is now damaged and I am quite frustrated.
