We were looking for affordability and flexibility, which we found to be very accommodating. However, we were hoping for some level of formality during the ceremony. The officiant was dressed sloppily and used phrasing that didn't align with our preferences, which made us uncomfortable. We couldn't even comprehend some of the things she said, and it came across as overly sentimental. Despite this, we appreciate that she was able to carry out the ceremony. Thank you for that.
