K&K provided exceptional cleaning services for our move out deep cleaning. Despite being given short notice, they performed admirably, thoroughly cleaning our baseboards and making our oven appear brand new. Additionally, they dedicated ample time to ensure that our entire property was left spotless. We are immensely grateful to K&K for their excellent work.

After much consideration, I have decided to share my experience with a small business, despite my reluctance to give a negative review. I encountered multiple issues, and I believe it is best to be honest about what happened. Prior to the service, I advised the workers that the home was exceedingly cluttered. Upon their arrival, they informed me that the level of disarray was greater than anticipated, resulting in a near doubling of the agreed-upon price. Understandably, online quotes may not accurately reflect in-person circumstances, and I accepted the increase without complaint. However, I had been very specific about my desired outcome, which was a comprehensive cleaning of every section, including the walls which I paid extra to have addressed. In total, I paid $550, not including tips, for a one bedroom/one bathroom cleaning. Upon inspecting the house, I discovered several areas where the service had fallen short. The walls remained uncleaned, cabinets were dusty, drawers remained dirty, doors needed more attention, and certain simplistic features like the countertops had not been wiped down. I acknowledge that the two women who completed the job worked tirelessly throughout the day, and I am grateful for their effort. Yet, the work I requested and paid for was not rendered in full. Had it required additional time and money to complete the work adequately, I would have happily obliged. However, I am left feeling unsatisfied; I will now have to clean areas I had paid the company to clean. Additionally, the workers departed without resetting the thermostat, causing a wasteful amount of energy use. While I understand the importance of keeping cool in Florida's heat, I would have appreciated a return to the pre-existing temperature before their departure, as I was unable to return to the property in a timely manner. This oversight cost me in energy expenses. In conclusion, I regret having to leave a negative review. It is my belief that this business has potential, but we were not a compatible match. I wish them success in their future endeavors and hope that they will take constructive action to improve their service.

I am extremely grateful for K & K Services' comprehensive cleaning at my eleventh-hour request. Despite the circumstances, they were mindful and adhered to an unwavering work ethic. The appliances were meticulously scrubbed, the floors were absolutely spotless, and the bathrooms had been restored to their gleaming white state. My utmost gratitude to the K&K team.
