Hello there, I'm Alex! I offer massage therapy that aims to promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellbeing. By stimulating recovery, both your body and mind will feel light and relaxed. My therapy also helps to reduce pain, using techniques including deep tissue massage, which works to break up scar tissue and muscle adhesions. I also offer hot stone therapy, sports massage, trigger point technique, myofascial release therapy, Thai massage, shiatsu, Swedish massage, and craniosacral massage. Each of these techniques has its own benefits, from improving circulation and lowering stress to alleviating tension and releasing emotional and physical stress.
