Hello there! My name is Jay and I am a certified personal trainer and coach. For over 4 years, I have been assisting individuals in achieving their fitness objectives, whether it's fat loss, muscle building/toning, strength training, pre/post rehabilitation, nutrition coaching, powerlifting/bodybuilding, or a general lifestyle change through proper programming and flexible dieting. My ultimate goal for each client is to help them build a sustainable, happier, and healthier lifestyle. I thoroughly enjoy tailoring all of my programs to suit your specific fitness goals and current level. I have had the pleasure of working with a vast array of clients, so you can rest assured that you are in good hands.
My online coaching package includes personalized workout programs, nutrition coaching, and guidance, as well as weekly check-ins to keep you accountable. My rates for online training are as follows: $100 for 1 month, $180 for 2 months, and $270 for 3 months.
