After owning a rental property for 14 years, it was time for me to sell. Unfortunately, 9 of the windows had broken balances. I called Tanner and was pleasantly surprised when he promptly returned my call. He arrived the next day at 9am to assess the situation, and within an hour I had a quote for the repairs. In less than a week, Tanner had fixed all of the windows - an impressive feat considering two other glass companies couldn't even show up for two weeks, and one said they couldn't get the necessary parts.
