Our front and backyard landscapes underwent a breathtaking transformation courtesy of P&P Custom Masonry. The team built exquisite hand-chiseled natural stone walls, creating an idyllic setting for our stunning xeriscape flowerbeds and a cement courtyard patio. They also expanded our driveway. P&P Custom Masonry, led by Jose and his team, performed a remarkable job removing our damaged brick retaining walls and reconstructing them more elegantly and sturdily than ever! These men are incredibly diligent, having worked tirelessly without taking sufficient lunch breaks and focusing on the job each day. We are exceedingly impressed with their work ethic and abilities. We highly recommend P&P Custom Masonry, and certainly, we will not have second thoughts availing of their service again.

The team who laid fabric, edging, and rocks in our front yard did an excellent job and were very prompt. It was amazing that they came the next day, and we were thrilled with the quick response. We are satisfied with the outcome and quality of work, and it was worth the money. I wish I could give them five stars for their hard work in the hot sun. However, there were some miscommunications that left us with a bad feeling. One major issue was that we never received an invoice before or after the work began, resulting in unrecorded agreements. As a result, they had to expand the rock area as it was too narrow. Additionally, a corner section needing rock was never addressed due to miscommunication during the quote. They never came back to finish the work in that section, let alone the promised masonry work on the wall. Even after several attempts and reminders, they never showed up. It was frustrating to beg them to honor their agreements, and it made us feel uneasy. We may have to find another company to complete the work or just do it ourselves to save our money.

Jose's work on our Greenhouse (Pre-Fab from Costco) and car port was commendable. His charges were reasonable, and he was always available, amiable, and flexible to suit our schedule and needs. When we gave specific instructions for both projects, he not only executed them flawlessly but also offered his ideas and expertise to enhance our plans. Therefore, we strongly recommend him.

José performed exceptionally! We were in a difficult situation and required a prompt accomplishment, and he arrived promptly to execute it. Magnificent job, proficient, and cooperative!
