Since my husband neglected to trim the hedges all year, I was in dire need of a landscaping service. Thankfully, the company sent their team on the very same day I called. The staff members were fantastic, and my hedges took on a whole new look. I was so impressed that I found myself gazing at them from outside. Whenever my husband fails to do his part, I now know who to turn to for yard maintenance. They even prevented him from receiving the silent treatment during the Christmas holiday.

The service for the back yard was unfinished as I was absent from home during the appointment. There was a miscommunication regarding my service request with Mr. Hodo. However, upon recognizing the issue, he promptly returned to complete the backyard. The service recovery and customer care were outstanding.
