We decided to hire Derrick this year for our light installation needs. Right from the start, he was prompt in answering my initial request and any subsequent inquiries. He even sent a reminder via both text and email regarding our planned installation appointment. During the installation, he gave me a call to clarify a few things since I wasn't available at home. Seeing our house lit up as we approached it that evening was a pleasant surprise! Compared to other vendors we considered for this project, Derrick's services were exceptionally affordable.
