I hired BRG to construct a pool deck and paid half the total cost in advance. Despite the project being delayed for two weeks due to material shortages, I had to personally follow-up with them multiple times to obtain updates regarding the project's progress. Although the work was completed quickly, I encountered an issue which was not properly addressed, and I had to pay a separate contractor to correct the issue. After I wrote a review reflecting my experience, I spoke with the owner, who attributed his lack of attention to personal grievances at the time. While I believe that better communication would have improved the project's outcome, I also sensed that my project was not considered a priority, as they frequently mentioned being busy. Despite this experience, I feel that our working relationship could have been enhanced through open and transparent communication.

For around a decade, we have been acquainted with Ron and Josh Spataro. Over the years, they, along with their team, have conducted a plethora of projects on our residence. Among the enhancements undertaken were adding a fresh window to one of the rooms, installing a new front door with sidelights, upgrading our master bathroom, painting several chambers, and remedying frost and snow storm-induced water damages to walls and ceilings. Furthermore, they put up new siding and constructed novel front and back decks, alongside replacing our roof. We regard them and their group as forthright, amiable, adept, and diligent. Their output has consistently left us immensely gratified, and we cannot help but adore our renovated kitchen- it is splendid! :-)

The work done on my front porch steps and reframing has exceeded my expectation! Despite the nuances of the house, I wasn't sure of how the final outcome would look like but it looks superb! Josh was extremely helpful in clarifying my doubts and keeping me informed about the status and products used. I would wholeheartedly recommend their services! Our rental property required emergency repair/replacement for the deck. Joshua responded promptly within an hour of our request being posted. At the rental residence, he provided us with a thorough explanation of the available options and showed us images of previous projects. The project's start/end dates were specified, and it was finished within the allotted time. The porch has been fully refurbished and looks wonderful. We intend to employ his services again for our next home renovation venture.

Sammy's service was superb! He was courteous and polite. I highly recommend him to anyone.
