Jen has left me thoroughly impressed! Despite taking my dog to Petsmart for years, he would always return in distress, whimpering and trembling when picked up. I believed it was normal, due to his anxiety when alone, but matters only worsened over time. So glad I stumbled upon Jen, as I intend to go nowhere else. Upon arrival, my dog did not cry, unlike the norm, and when I collected him, I even began to doubt this was the same pooch!!! Fluffy displayed no agitation or tears and the journey back was tranquil. I had never seen him so placid before. Thank you, Jen, we will certainly return for your exceptional services!
