When I requested the name and phone number of the individual who would be cleaning my home, she refused, claiming that it was not protocol. I expressed my concerns regarding the safety of allowing an unknown person into my residence and emphasized the necessity of conducting a background check. Despite my justification, she insulted me, called me derogatory names, and abruptly ended the conversation.
