Despite multiple changes in the project's scope, Alex was always prompt in addressing our concerns with accurate pricing, availability, and product recommendations. Our tight schedule, with a concrete contractor on site and a business closure, added further pressure, but Alex ensured that the carpet removal was completed exactly on time. Even though his helper was unavailable, Alex diligently continued with the project and arrived early on Saturday to ensure its completion before we reopened.
