Hello Phoenix! My name is Zeus and I have more than 10 years of experience in mixed construction trades. I have worked on various construction projects since I was in my early 20s, and I worked as a handyman/superintendent for a commercial and residential GC. Now that I am on my own, I am ready to offer my services for drywall, framing walls, adding/replacing lighting, art installs & assembly needs, doors, faucets, disposals, baseboard install/repair, TV mounting, barn doors, interior doors and thresholds (including tile), powder room updates/renos & accent walls.

Please do not select "Allow Pro to suggest other dates" if you have a specific date in mind for the work to be done. This will save us both from needless lead fees. Those who inquire but do not hire will be invoiced for the lead fee. Those who do hire should not have to pay for everyone else.

Most pricing is per job/piece, but I offer hourly rates for artwork consults and assemblies upon request or if we cannot set a time for the job. Discounts are available for 6:30/7am slots (only before scheduled routes).

I charge $75/hour with a $150 minimum for Tempe, Mesa, or south of both. I service all of Phoenix with a wide variety of trades in my truck. Unfortunately, I must maintain a $100 minimum (or $150 for Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, and other southeast subdivisions). If you are paying the full hourly price, you will have access to caulk/primer, hardware, and more supplies that I try to keep stocked (within reason).

We are insured.

I assemble Costco/Yardistry’s gazebos alone or with a few wooden helpers. Summer assemblies must start at 6am or earlier, and the screw gun can be set to quiet.

Please post photos and text about your project so that we can quote accurately ahead of time and know if it's in our scope of work.

Finally, please do not include The Guild if you are going to select 4/5+ pros. We pay as soon as we are contacted or responded to, but rarely get a reply, refund, or hire when you select 4-8 pros. If you select more than 4 pros, you will be charged the lead fee.
