As a legal professional, I specialize in real estate, corporate and business, as well as intellectual property law. For real estate, I assist clients with both residential and commercial transactions, including closings, short sales, condo conversions, advising on condo documents and disputes, building violations, zoning, investment vehicles, and more. I work with a diverse client base, which includes individual homeowners, investors, and businesses.

Furthermore, my firm provides services in business law, intellectual property, contracts, corporate formation, governance, securities, and mergers & acquisitions. From startups to established businesses, I have assisted clients in various activities such as raising capital, purchasing assets, and protecting intellectual property. My clients are my top priority, and I always go above and beyond to ensure their satisfaction.

As a licensed real estate agent, I understand the position of my clients and their realtors during real estate transactions. I believe in giving people a sense of security and closure, which is why I enjoy helping them with their legal matters. Additionally, my passion for the law stems from my great grandfather, who was an immigrant and became the first lawyer in our family. For over 100 years combined, he and my grandfather worked in real estate. I am proud to carry on this legacy.

My legal education includes training at Harvard Law School, University of Cambridge, and Chicago-Kent College of Law. I have also published a number of academic articles in law and taught courses in law at Harvard University and University of Navarra in Spain.
